Living with Your Devils (and mine)

It is not the place for anyone who runs from their devils.
And it is not a good place to look for angels either... I think Tom Waits mentions that when you call on your angels you might get your devils too...

Well I don't run from my devils... I embrace them !
What I have found is that they are empty hearted and automated.
The tease and entwine and entice but when you stop reacting they fall back -
that is not to say the devils die... the lay like mold spores waiting for the tiniest drop of moisture.. maybe a tear and they spring back into your life.
So I say to them come on baby let's dance and get it over with!
When it's over - well it's done and I can move on without fear.



Responsible love is not walking away because the job is better - or the climate is healthier - or to run away from the devils... responsible love is doing all you can and then all you can do is stand. Daniel - (one of my devils) always said LOVE was truth manifest. Love is what you do.
Not what you would like to do or think about doing or say you are going to do.

Sometimes love is what you do kicking and screaming and complaining the whole way... but you do it.
Sometimes you HATE it but that is LOVE.
